It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Vytone is a topical adrenocortical steroid and antibacterial/antifungal. It works by reducing skin inflammation (redness, swelling, itching, and irritation) in a way that is not clearly understood. The antibacterial/antifungal works by killing sensitive bacteria and fungi. Do NOT use Vytone if:
