Do not suddenly stop taking Nicotine Patch without your doctor"s approval. Stopping Nicotine Patch suddenly may cause serious WITHDRAWAL symptoms including: anxiety, craving, impaired concentration, increased appetite, irritability, nervousness, sleep disturbances, and weight gain. Possible side effects of Nicotine Patch:All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome: Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
