It is also reduces eye pressure in the first 24 hours after cataract surgery. Carbachol Ocular is a cholinergic agent/miotic. The exact way Carbachol Ocular works is not fully understood. It works by constricting the iris and other parts of the eye, resulting in reduction of eye pressure. Do NOT use Carbachol Ocular if:
