Midodrine is used for:Treating dizziness that occurs upon sitting up or standing (orthostatic hypotension). Midodrine is an alpha-agonist. It works by causing blood vessels to constrict (become smaller), which helps to increase blood pressure. Do NOT use Midodrine if:
